By using this site, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the interactive features or send a submission or sticker request. If you are under 18, use the site with a parent or guardian's permission.
2. Personal and acceptable use
You may browse and enjoy the site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not interfere with the site, bypass security or request limits, use automated tools to overload it, impersonate another person, submit harmful material, or use the site in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.
3. Site content and downloads
Unless a page says otherwise, the site's original writing, artwork, photographs, designs, code, names, and branding remain the property of their respective owner. You may not republish, sell, present as your own, or commercially exploit them without permission.
Items specifically offered as downloads may be downloaded and used personally. That permission does not transfer ownership and does not include resale, redistribution as a competing download, or removal of credits or notices.
4. User submissions
You must only submit messages, ideas, and files that you created or have permission to share. Do not include confidential information, unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes copyright, privacy, or other rights.
You keep ownership of your submission. By submitting it and confirming the form's consent box, you give the site owner a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to receive, store, review, adapt, display, and use the idea or art as inspiration for Molly & Shaina content. Your name or email address will not be published with it without additional permission. Ideas may be similar to ideas independently created for the site, and submissions may be rejected or deleted at any time.
5. Free sticker requests
- Stickers are handmade, free of charge, and currently available only for delivery within Australia.
- Each request may contain no more than five stickers in total. Sending multiple requests to avoid this limit is not permitted.
- A requester must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian approve the request and the delivery address.
- You must provide accurate details and may only use an address where you have permission to receive mail.
- A request is not an order or guarantee. Every request is reviewed and may be accepted, reduced, delayed, or declined because of availability, delivery limits, suspected misuse, safety concerns, or any other reasonable cause.
- No payment is required. Stickers are for personal enjoyment and must not be requested mainly for resale.
- Handmade items may vary slightly in colour, size, finish, or cutting. They are decorative items, not toys, food, or suitable for very young children.
- Once mail has been posted, delivery timing and loss or damage in transit may be outside the site owner's control. Replacement is not guaranteed.
6. Availability and accuracy
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. Reasonable care is taken, but content may be incomplete, outdated, or contain mistakes, and features may change or stop without notice. External links are provided for convenience; their content and privacy practices are controlled by their operators.
7. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the site owner is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, unavailable features, reliance on content, downloads, or mail delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including any applicable Australian consumer rights.
